Processing

Our products are handmade, so Please allow 10 business days (Monday-Friday ONLY..NO WEEKENDS) on an average, for processing and shipping of all orders. 

We cannot rush any orders. All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for your patience while we work diligently to fulfill all orders accurately and as quickly as possible. 

Shipping

The Divine Aura ships to addresses world wide(FPO/AP ). Our preferred shipping provider is United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days (not including our processing time) from the time your package is confirmed and has departed our store. Orders will not be processed until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. 

Please note that The Divine Aura is not responsible for items lost or redirected in shipping. If your tracking information states that you was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777).

Order changes/Returns

Changes to my order? 

The Divine Aura will try to accommodate any reasonable request prior to the order shipping. Please send all orders requests to thedivineauraco@gmail.com and someone will respond with 48 hours.

 Can I return my products?

Due to sanitation and possible contamination, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from The Divine Aura Enterprise again, just sign up as you did the first time and The Divine Aura Enterprise will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at thedivineauraco@gmail.com.
