Processing
At The Divine Aura, all our products are handmade with care and intention. Please allow an average of 7 business days (Monday through Friday only) for processing and shipping of all orders. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.
We cannot accommodate rush orders, as all orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we diligently work to fulfill each order accurately and efficiently.
Shipping
The Divine Aura ships worldwide, including FPO/AP addresses. Our preferred shipping provider is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, excluding our processing time. Orders will not be processed until payment is verified and cleared.
Please note:
- The Divine Aura is not responsible for lost, delayed, or redirected packages.
- If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
Order changes/Returns
Changes to Your Order
We strive to accommodate reasonable order change requests prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, email info@thedivineaura.com with your request. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Returns Policy
Due to health and safety reasons, including sanitation and possible contamination, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on products. All sales are final.
